Shipping policy

Free shipping: orders over $50 CAD ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times can vary during peak seasons and due to carrier delays.

Tracking: once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Where we ship: we currently ship to the countries available at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, email us at support@calviros.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
